Welcome to Eagle Online Academy, where we believe every woman and girl deserves the opportunity to spread her wings and fly. Founded in 2019 as a nonprofit organization based in Virginia, USA, we are dedicated to empowering women and girls in crisis—especially those affected by poverty, conflict, displacement, and refugee circumstances.

Through free, accessible, and transformative online education, we equip women and girls with the tools, skills, and confidence they need to rebuild their lives, achieve financial independence, and become leaders in their communities.

First Steps USA

A virtual hub for new arrivals in the USA, offering a welcoming space to learn, grow, and succeed. Our programs include skill training, ESL classes, mentorship, mental health support, and job readiness training—all designed to help individuals and families build brighter futures.

Professional Skills Elevate

Empowering women and girls in crisis to unlock their potential and thrive in the workforce. With over 200 online courses, we provide career-ready skills tailored to in-demand job opportunities. From tech to entrepreneurship, our programs are designed to help participants build confidence, gain expertise, and secure meaningful employment.

Educate to Grauate

Education is a right, not a privilege. For Afghan girls banned from school, we provide access to online education, ensuring they stay on track to earn diplomas and pursue higher education. Our program is a lifeline for those determined to learn, grow, and achieve their dreams.

Courage Circle

Mental health matters. Through monthly support sessions, peer networks, and curated resources, we provide a safe space for women and girls in crisis to heal, connect, and build emotional resilience. Together, we foster strength, hope, and community.
